Negroni sbagliato

Ingredients:

Prosecco Vigna Preziosa

Campari

Sweet Vermouth

Slice of orange

Process

Remember, a traditional Negroni is made from Campari, the bitter liqueur; sweet vermouth; and gin. The “mistaken” Negroni, or Negroni Sbagliato, starts with Campari and Sweet Vermouth. In place of gin, though, for the Sbagliato version use the Prosecco Vigna Preziosa.

Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Add Vermouth and Campari and stir. Top with Prosecco Vigna Preziosa and stir again. Garnish with an orange slice.

Bellinis are easy to make, and perfect when you’re hosting brunch or soaking up a lazy summer weekend.

To actually make the Bellini, simply mix together one part of Peach nectar to one part of Prosecco Vigna Preziosa and add in a splash (start with about 1/2 of a teaspoon) of simple Sugar syrup. Taste to decide if it needs any extra sweetness. Garnish with a Peach slice, if desired.
